Mya describes herself as a client-centered therapist that draws upon Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in her therapeutic approach. Though she tailors her therapeutic approach to the needs of each client, she consistently adopts a non-judgmental and radically honest approach to therapy.
