I know it can be hard to transition from one stage of life to the next, so navigating life transitions has been a major part of the work I have done in supporting individuals. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with families and couples struggling with communication and relational issues.
I use a variety of modalities in my approach such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, systems theory, coaching, and mindfulness techniques.
I support clients in taking ownership of the changes they would like to see, the choices they make, and the lives they would like to lead. Collaboration with a client to identify the goals that are important to them can assist with creating a more lasting change. I make it a priority to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to feel empowered.
