Group Intensive for People with Social Anxiety
I am co-leading a unique group inspired by Second City in Chicago using improv and group therapy to support people suffering with social anxiety, social phobia and shyness to develop social skills, greater self-confidence, lessen self-absorption and improving spontaneity.
