If even a small part of you believes things could be better for yourself or in your relationship, reach out and contact me so we can work side-by-side to meet your personal goals. Counseling benefits arise when clients and counselors share their unique insights towards a common goal. You offer your expert knowledge on yourself, while I offer my knowledge on trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships.
My work with individuals and couples is culturally sensitive, rooted in attachment theory, and is trauma informed. Healing from past pain IS possible through a meaningful therapeutic relationship. This occurs by creating a safe and supportive environment where you can be your authentic yourself in a judgment-free space.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples with diverse life experiences, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use interventions from Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2) with a sex-positive approach in my work with individuals in monogamous and polyamorous relationships.
