I am very passionate about working with girls and women with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, performance anxiety, paralysis, fear of failure, self-doubt, stress and burnout. The individuals I support, often struggle with navigating their academic and professional spaces because of internal and external pressures rooted in sociocultural issues. I have many years of experience providing short- and long-term evidence based treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma. My passion is to help individuals to feel more at ease, happier, confident, focused, and productive.
