Seeking out help and accessing therapy services is not easy, and there are many barriers that prevent people from getting the help they need and deserve. One of my goals is to help reduce these barriers by creating a space that is welcoming, safe, and honors the various identities you may hold. It’s important for me to work with my clients in a collaborative manner while using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. My hope is that my clients get to live an authentic life that is fulfilling and embodies self-acceptance.
I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) working at Centus Counseling, Consulting & Education as a resident clinician under direct supervision. My integrative therapeutic approach includes narrative therapy, attachment-based therapy, culturally based practices, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).
I am passionate about working with disenfranchised communities, especially BIPOC communities. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan and have provided services in various settings. My intention is to listen, support, uplift, and provide transparency and an affirming space while you embark on this journey.
