I use evidence-based approaches to treat each client. What does this mean? Every client is an individual with individual needs so each client will be treated with the most effective approach to meet their needs. The most common approaches I use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness/DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Focused approaches learned
