The method of counseling that I practice is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy techniques and also applying Biblical principles.

I have prior experience as a therapist as an addiction counselor, child and family therapist, as well as those in the inpatient psychiatric setting. Children often do not have the words and vocabulary to fully express everything that has happened or how it has impacted them. When given a safe and nurturing environment in which a child can feel comfortable expressing feelings and working through life's obstacles, so much can be positively accomplished regardless of what a child may be going through.
