I provide coaching and consulting services to young adults and college students with ADHD/ADD and Executive Function challenges. As your coach I will partner with you to provide accountability, encouragement and skills to help you move forward with your goals. Coaching helps with focus, motivation, time management, study skills and organization. As an added bonus of coaching, clients often see an increase in confidence and self-esteem. If you are feeling stuck, frustrated or overwhelmed, then coaching can help you!
I also offer seminars and workshops. Parent Workshops provide solutions for parenting kids with ADHD and Executive Function Challenges. Other workshops include Preparing for Life After High School, Solving Homework Struggles, Getting Organized for the School Year and Educator Workshops. These are offered in person or virtually.
