Hello! I am an LMHCA who provides in-person and tele-health therapy sessions to individuals 21 years and older who have experienced traumatic life events that now want to heal their relationship with themselves and others. Issues and symptoms that may be addressed include depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem and attachments.
Our office is located in Suite D of the Historic Roslyn Red House.
I pull from several therapeutic approaches and theories to address your clinical concerns. These include: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion Strategies.
My goal is to create a safe space where clients can process and heal from life events that have left them feeling "broken." I help clients to process, heal and find new ways to move forward in creating a life worth living.
