I am a retired Navy Veteran, that was born and raised right here in Great Falls MT. I work with all clients over the age of 18. My passion is helping my clients to find a solution for their mental health and addiction problems.
I truly believe in the person centered approach in working with people, every person is different thereby the approach to their treatment will differ from others. Flexibility in treatment methods is key to finding the strongest mental health. My focus in treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as so much of what we see in ourselves, is skewed.
We all need help throughout our lives, and having a qualified professional to listen without judgement but with empathy and compassion can often assist us in feeling better.
