I have been in practice for over 15 years treating people with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, in these communities; HIV infected or affected, immigrants, at-risk adolescents, incarcerated adult males, parents with parenting challenges, couples who want to succeed in life and have resistance to their own success. As a Substance Abuse Professional, I perform Alcohol use assessments. I am a Certified Employee Assistance Professional who assists those who are having challenges at their workplaces.
I take a practical approach to therapy. I focus on helping clients grow and build confidence in themselves by using the qualities they were born with and therapy is a opportunity to learn life lessons needed to create and maintain a quality life.
