For most of us, the struggles and symptoms that bring us to therapy – anxiety, depression, patterns that keep us unfulfilled in our relationships, at work, and at home – are there for good reason. As a psychoanalytic therapist with specialized training in personality disorders and both group and individual work, I will be a warm, active, and human partner to you in our work. I often see patients who struggle with fear of change, difficulty feeling comfortable in close relationships, and confusion about their own emotional responses to life.
