New to therapy? Great. Tried 10 different therapists? Cool! My ideal client is anyone who is wanting to better themself. I think the most important factor in therapy is building a warm, welcoming therapeutic relationship. If you can't feel comfortable in therapy, no real work will be done. I am passionate about walking alongside others in their pain with the goal of restoration and healing. I view every client holistically, meaning that a person is made up of an integration of the mind, body, and spirit. I pay attention to the family dynamics, physical well-being, social, cultural, economic factors and spirituality of each client.
Welcome! Starting therapy is a big deal, no matter if you're brand new or searching for a new therapist.
