We all have moments in our life where we feel stuck or overwhelmed and need help, need support, in order to heal and overcome these moments. In working with me you will experience a trauma informed care approach to therapy, that incorporates a bio-psycho-social perspective. It is my hope that you experience a safe and inviting space where you feel seen, respected, and heard. I primarily work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, recovering from trauma, maintaining recovery from an eating disorder, going through a transitions of life, or experiencing grief/loss.
My education and training include the following types of therapy: person centered, cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing therapy, internal family systems, & strengths-based therapy. It is my belief that therapy is most effective when the therapist works together with the client on goals and meets the client where they are at in their growth and healing.
I am currently accepting clients, virtually through a video platform. It is important to me for clients to find a therapist who is a good fit for them. I offer free 15-minute virtual consultations to explore if we would be a good fit. NOT accepting PacificSource OHP at this time.
