I am here to help those who are struggling to enjoy life, whether that is due to depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relational distress, or life adjustments. Together we can discover the changes that will bring you peace, strength, and healing. It is important to me that you feel safe and understood. My goal is to help you understand how your life experiences have shaped the way you think and feel and how you relate to others. This insight can be used to challenge false beliefs you have created about yourself and the world. We cannot always control our circumstances, but we can learn to be secure within ourselves.
I utilize a trauma informed, culturally sensitive approach that builds off the strengths in you and your community. We will collaborate to build a plan that addresses the difficulty experienced within you and your relationships. I specialize in working with adolescents, couples and families, as well as individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma.
