I’ve always been an "old soul” and felt drawn to finding deeper meaning in a chaotic world. I’m deeply interested in others’ stories and understanding how we grow, heal and thrive. I primarily work with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues and career issues. I’ve often found myself in awe at how the human spirit can weather even the greatest of storms. When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, playing tennis or golf and enjoying the outdoors.
I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD and Anxiety. I am also trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2). I also draw from a variety of other theoretical orientations depending on needs of the client.
