Every story is unique, but one thing we share is a need for help. Asking for help may be the hardest part, but this crossroad is where change can happen. This belief is why I am passionate for people who find themselves in a fog, a downward spiral, holding deep wounds, at their wits end, or hiding behind shame. My goal is to provide a gracious place to process, build awareness, and offer a redemptive reframe that sheds light on all of life. Together, we will set healthy goals that will not only equip you, but offers restoration and hope. I particularly enjoy coming alongside parents, couples, families, women, teens, and children.
I am a Christian Counselor and my approach is integrative. I glean from therapeutic models such as EFT, REBT, CBT, IFS, and attachment. In marital therapy, I use Gottman and EFT therapy models. With older children and teens I use directive approaches, while helping parents gain understanding.
My goal is to provide an environment with intentional empathy that is goal focused. I practice and own Morgan Walker Counseling, LLC. If you find yourself looking for a counselor, I would love to hear from you. It is so important that we are a good fit for one another. Feel free to request a free 15-20 minute consult so we can determine this.
