Is it a challenge to understand your childs confusing behavior sometimes?, Do you have a child with a lot of big feelings? I work with kids ages 3+and their families. My approach is playful, reflective, authentic and collaborative. I use interpersonal neurobiology to guide me as I customize my approach based on my clients needs. I have completed advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health so I can support caregivers on their parenting journeys. I I am currently in the 2024 cohort of “being with“, a year long immersive training program led by Robyn Gobbel.
Some areas I specialize in include:anxiety. depression, transitions. emotional regulation, family conflict, peer relationships ,learning differences and grief/loss.
