I believe therapy can be helpful in any season and I am here to offer a safe and supportive environment. I want you to feel heard, validated, and supported as we walk through this season together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have experience working with a variety of ages and settings. My prior experience includes private practice, emergency medical psychiatric care, completing mental health assessments, and crisis intervention. I am a trained EMDR therapist dedicated to helping clients overcome trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. I offer EMDR sessions to facilitate healing and promote mental well-being.
I want therapy to be beneficial and life giving for you. I use solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns. My approach also includes practical steps and solutions that you are able to quickly implement to help you achieve rapid and tangible progress.
