I work from an anti-oppression and social justice oriented framework, and my work with clients often focuses on themes of personal agency and empowerment, shame resolution, and self-acceptance. I enjoy supporting clients with issues related to burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, and trauma to live more authentically in alignment with their values and to build stronger and more connective relationships with themselves and others.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I integrate a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches, drawing primarily from ACT, narrative and solutions focused therapies, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, and attachment theory. My work with clients typically focuses on the here-and-now, while also exploring the impact of past experiences.
