I believe that with the right tools, everyone has the ability to reach their fullest potential, break free from cycles, and build a future they want and deserve.
I love working w/ individuals, couples, and families to overcome feelings of distress, low self-esteem, as well as, learn ways to be a more intimate and connected couple. I have experience with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, marital/relationships, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, identity confusion, and reunification.
