I have a passion for working with teens, adolecents and young adults struggling with relationships, including friendships, family dynamic issues, as well as individuals struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and self-harm behaviors.
My goal is to provide a comfortable, warm environment for my clients. I tend to work most heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Baylor University.
I am a Prepare and Enrich Certified Facilitator for pre-marriage and marriage counseling. My professional experience includes family and individual therapy in a private practice setting, working primarily with teenagers and adults. I am a native Houstonian and currently office in the Memorial area of Houston, Texas.
