Self-care is one of the most important aspects of our lives but can also be the most difficult to implement. My goal is to guide you in achieving wellness and balance in mental and emotional health. Whether it’s working on relationships, adjusting to life and unforeseen circumstances, or learning skills to cope effectively with anxiety, depression or any number of mental health symptoms I am here to support you. I have worked in the field of mental health for 12 years, including family therapy and addiction treatment. I believe in the power of self-awareness and the importance it can have on making healthy changes in one’s life.
I specialize in codependency and maladaptive relationship patterns, family of origin issues, anxiety and self-esteem. I believe it’s important to tailor therapy to each individuals' needs and to use different modalities to achieve a judgement-free and compassion-based relationship with Clients.
