After spending a month in the back country of Alaska, I discovered a passion for helping others and the true power that nature holds. I enjoy working and using nature as a co-therapist and thinking out side the box when it comes to helping and supporting my clients. I have a passion for working with teens and have specialized in tech addiction, Autism and offering perinatal support to new mothers. I also work with young adults, adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and family systems challenges.
I tend to focus on your strengths and how that can help the areas you are struggling with. I will use CBT exercises and have a background in yoga and meditation as well that I incorporate when appropriate with clients. I offer EMDR and work with the perintal population as well.
