My passion for people has led me to many different experiences working with adults and children in the states and abroad. I particularly have focused my efforts on caregiver fatigue, co-morbid disorders, youth and young adults adjusting to disabilities, social skills building, autism, temporary family separation, infertility, divorce, anxiety, depression, and most recently complicated grief and loss.
My undergraduate experience is in the field of psychology and social work. I pursued clinical social work as I love how the field seeks to combine how one's biology, psychology, and social environment impact health and well-being. Exploring these connections with clients, I believe, brings clarity and empowerment.
