I have been practicing in the field for 4 years and am continuing to grow and evolve. My ideal client is someone motivated for change and understanding of self. I primarily work with clients (15 years old+) who are high schoolers, college-aged, and young adults who are trying to navigate the fast-paced world. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I enjoy helping people understand and manage their symptoms of anxiety, worry, and uncertainty.
I mainly use CBT and a person-centered approach. My own experiences have led me to the field of mental health. On days when I didn’t want to get out of bed, I persisted. On days when I wanted to let my anxiety and thinking patterns consume me, I persisted. Learning how to persist and be resilient are what I strive to teach my clients. Are you ready to heal?
