I offer outpatient therapy for individuals struggling with poor body image, eating disorders and/or food-related struggles, and low self-esteem. Outpatient therapy for eating disorder treatment depends on the severity of your symptoms and behaviors. Together we will decide if my practice is a good fit for you at this time in your recovery.
Wherever you are at, emotionally, is exactly where I will meet you. My office is a space where you can be authentic and raw, showing the imperfect and the messy. That is, after all, how we heal.
