Is your child struggling at home or school? Having anger outbursts, defiant behaviors or big emotional shifts? Need help navigating family conflict & transitions? Sometimes life can get messy & we all need help to get through the chaos! I am here to work with your child (ages 6-19) & your family to sort through the struggles that may be going on in your lives. Together we can work through these struggles with individual child sessions with prescriptive interventions & coping skills, family therapy, and/or Play Therapy, as well as parent-only sessions to make sure we are moving forward together! No problem is too big or too small!
As a child & adolescent specialist, I can help your family due to my extensive training using both Traditional & Play Therapy with children & teens of all ages to bridge the gap between emotions, experiences, & behaviors. I actively involve parents in the treatment process! All of us communicating about progress & setbacks is vital to growth and learning!
