I am passionate about using my time and energy to help people reconnect with themselves, find their values, and craft their lives from that place. I also believe that when we are taking action in the world authentically we can positively impact our families and communities. I am trained in depth psychology, EMDR, Somatic therapy, couples therapy, attachment theory and working with sexual issues. I love working with clients navigating life transitions, dealing with anxiety or relational difficulties. I am experienced in supporting clients with trauma.
My work is grounded in the depth orientation. So I prefer to approach symptoms with curiosity and explore what may lie underneath. In my sessions, I sometimes explore the use of images and movement to access and communicate emotions that might be difficult to verbalize.
I have several years of experience working with dreams from a Jungian approach. I am a trained meditation teacher and health coach. Dance is also major part of my life. I am currently a part of Sacred Path sacredpathholistictherapy.com.
