I have several years of experience working with a variety of clients. I believe that therapy isn't a "one size fits all" situation. It is my job to truly listen to my clients and develop a plan with them to address the struggles and pain they bring with them to therapy. I am a mother and enjoy working with other moms/parents who are struggling with mood or anxiety disorders during pregnancy or postpartum. I am trained through postpartum support international. I understand the unique challenges of this time of life. I also enjoy working with teens and emerging adults as they navigate the journey of self-development and identity.
I use a variety of therapy approaches including but not limited to CBT, solution focused therapy, and ERP (exposure response prevention). I am also learning how to incorporate IFS (internal family systems) into my work with clients.
