I am a Psychologist (Ph.D.) located in Southern Utah. I offer assessment services and counseling for individuals, couples, and families at 2 locations. I am passionate about providing better services for our local communities. I treat the general mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, etc.) and specialize in treatment of trauma, substance use, and developmental disorders. I help clients reach their goals and affect change in their lives. I am available at Utah Behavior Services or the Southern Utah Testing Psychologist.
Therapeutically, my theoretical orientation is constructivism; however, my doctoral training gave me training in CBT, IPT, & other orientations. I tailor therapy to the client & their needs. My approach to testing is comprehensive; to find answers for my clients. I offer assessment services for many types of evaluations using modern methods of assessments.
