My journey into the world of mental health began with a deep commitment to helping people find peace and fulfillment in their lives. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship conflicts, ADHD, and substance use. With experience working with children, teens, and adults, I guide clients through a range of life challenges. My therapeutic approach is flexible and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy for children, and incorporating elements of art therapy.
