I often work with people who have experienced trauma such as domestic violence, sexual abuse and physical abuse, but there is a wide range of experiences that we can work on together. I am a licensed clinician with experience in helping people of all ages and backgrounds heal from traumatic experiences. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am also a nationally rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy provider.
I am passionate about helping people get from where they are to where they want to be. My compassion and understanding will help provide a feeling of safety and support in this process.
