I use psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused approaches in a holistic manner to assist athletes, individuals in life transitions, and those facing anxiety, depression, or other challenges in life.
Movement is a powerful tool and I believe can help support those who may be stuck in place and want to make change happen. I have coached and mentored endurance athletes of all ages and ability levels. I was previously a member of the U.S. Ski Team, 2010 Olympian, won national and world championship titles along with a trail and mountain running career.
