My interest in therapy started when I was at my breaking point, and my own therapy experiences didn't help. Since then, I've tried to be a therapist for anyone who found themselves in a similar situation, and sometimes being a helper isn't enough. I strive to connect with people where they are at, to understand what others might not, and to help when even the system lets you down. We all need an ally to get unstuck, reconnect and pick ourselves up, and I believe in doing so with warmth and respect. It can be tough to choose a stranger when we feel vulnerable and out of control. I've made it my goal to be someone worthy of that.
My goal isn't to change you, but help make your unique life meaningful and sustainable; change follows. Topics include relationships, traumatic stress, work, identity, confidence, conflict, imposter syndrome, helplessness, loneliness, and defeat. I specialize in neurodiverse (ADHD, Asperger's), marginalized, medical, and SMI clients (see: below).
Coaching is also available on issues of life, career and relationships.
