Throughout my career I have worked in several different levels of care and have extensive training treating addiction, mood disorders, and trauma. My personal journey in long term recovery as well as professional career has been focused on assisting people to shift from a sense of powerlessness to deep personal empowerment.

I view my role, as a therapist as one who walks beside you on your journey, using an integrative approach that targets the mind and body through a blend of CBT, DBT, and somatic work to reclaim a deeper sense of self. I work collaboratively with my clients to find out what works for them and their situation.
