Hello! My name is Myranda Hardy, I am a licensed clinical social worker with a genuine passion for empowering individuals to live their lives to the fullest. I have helped people increase their self-compassion, lower anxiety and depression levels, and assist people in a wide variety of adaptive coping skills. Hello! I am a seasoned therapist who has more than 15 years experience providing mental health services to those in need. I have specialized treatment with anxiety disorders and phobias, mood disorders such as depression and bipolar, addictions, trauma and PTSD, OCD themes, BFRB's, couple's therapy, family therapy, adolescent struggles, religious issues, and identity transitions such as LGBTQ issues.
