I am a Licensed professional counselor with a passion working with adults with complex trauma. I have several years of experience in working with a wide range of concerns such as grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. I believe in the importance of caring for your mental health, and learning how to grow from your life experiences. Therapy is such a personal experience, it is important to me to provide people with a personalized, authentic therapeutic experience to help cultivate growth.
Through my training in EMDR, TBRI, and TF-CBT, and various other approaches, I can help cater to your specific therapeutic needs. I look at how trauma impacts your relationships, your attachment style, and your view on the world.
