I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) with 9 years of providing clinical services in Outpatient, Inpatient, school based, and virtual settings. I provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy to those who seek help with issues that include: depression, anxiety, anger, dysregulated emotions, interpersonal conflict, communication, and work or family stressors. My experience is that clients present with themes of a desire to be heard, understood, and/or supported. Some clients seek to resolve conflict, learn more effective strategies to managing their mental health, managing changing roles, and improve relationships.
My role in the therapeutic relationship is to be an empathetic and compassionate ear, establish a safe environment where the client can be open to processing their concerns and to feel supported. My goal is to offer hope, build resiliency. I acknowledge the individuality of my clients and utilize therapeutic techniques that incorporate their voice and needs.
