In my practice I offer individual, group, family, and couples therapy to teenagers and adults. I help clients navigate challenges in their relationships, issues with self-esteem, stress related issues, managing symptoms of: depression, anxiety, and anger related problems. I utilize a holistic approach to help clients address their emotional, social, cultural, environmental, and spiritual needs. The goal of treatment is to facilitate a space for clients to explore their emotions, build resilience, and discover effective strategies for personal growth as clients desire to alleviate symptoms of distress and live fulfilling lives.
My role in the therapeutic relationship is to guide and support clients, establishing a safe environment that allows clients to process their concerns, heal, and grow. My goal is to offer hope and build resiliency. I acknowledge the individuality of my clients and utilize therapeutic techniques that incorporate their voice and needs.
