I am a licensed clinical social worker and believe in creating a space in which you can be authentically you with affirming and caring support.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship in the room and using the whole mind, body and spirit in healing. I am trained in EMDR and primary modalities include Gottman, CBT and client centered therapy. Gottman focuses on relationships and communication skills and CBT focuses on how our thoughts, feelings and actions are connected.
