During treatment I hope to communicate that therapy does not have to be scary, sad, or judgmental. Instead, I aspire to create a safe space that allows clients to gain lasting insight and growth. Thus, as a trained professional and passionate individual, my mission is to foster self-sufficiency for my clients by promoting growth and success beyond the time of treatment.
I specialize in working with children and families. I am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) which focuses on improving the family dynamics between a child and his or her family through parent coaching.
Clients may also utilize my skills to coordinate care with school personnel (during an Individualized Education Plan, IEP team meeting and other school meetings), psychiatrists, after school care employees or nannies, psychiatrists, and more.
