Hello! I’m Monika. I offer sessions that support you to build a relationship of trust with your inner wisdom. They're an invitation for you to become more deeply attuned to every part of you to establish a sense of home within. I do this through an integration of Internal Family Systems and other evidence-based talk therapies, and may include other practices such as Reiki, breath work, somatic work, meditation, and astrology. Our work supports you in remembering who you are by learning how to ground into your center, set boundaries, and practice discernment (clarity about what’s true), so that you can live the life you truly desire.
Exploring the roots of our conditions and creating space to be with our difficult emotions and experiences is challenging, sacred work. We co-create a space to hold all of your experience from a grounded, curious, compassionate place so that you may see yourself clearly (aka in your wholeness). We move at the pace of your slowest moving part.
We take a trauma-informed and consent-based approach allowing for a relationship of trust to build within. It's an honor to be a witness and guide in someone's process.
