It’s a growing and learning process that allow us to become better persons. Any kind of distress may manifest itself as both mental and physical symptoms. Sometimes it seems very hard, it’s easy to fear change and the unknown paths , but at the end we cannot forget that we are designed to live a happy and fulfilling life and that in every situation we’ll have an opportunity to learn, embrace change and to grow.
I like to help my clients focus on what’s important for them , exploring their thoughts and beliefs, their life experience and it’s impacts on them and also the resources and skills learnt to deal and solve difficult decisions and personal stressful situations. I provide an environment of support, trust and respect.
My training and experience allows me to work not only with individuals, couples and families but also with a wide range of mental health issues. I provide psychotherapy services in English and Portuguese
