I believe in providing my clients with a sincere effort to build a therapeutic relationship by getting to know each person and providing professional, honest feedback to move forward towards their personal growth. I believe in addressing personal goals and checking in on where the client’s mindset is, as life tends to throw us unexpected changes at unexpected times.
My approach is person-centered & solution-focused. I integrate different styles of therapy into my work in order to help meet the needs of my clients. Some of these styles include CBT/DBT, MI, trauma-informed, and ACT. I focus on realistic changes that each client has decided they want to pursue in their journey and domy best to support them in their goals.
