I have been in private practice for 25+ years working with high-achieving adults to help them improve relationships, manage stress, and realize potential. My style is collaborative. I take a psychodynamic approach that flexibly incorporates strategies from CBT, IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, and positive psychology.
