I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My specialty is in the integration of mental and physical health. As s result of working for many years in the managed care industry with people with both chronic mental and physical health conditions, I see how a holistic approach to psychotherapy is essential. As a trained marriage and family therapist, my passion is relationships, whether it is an intimate partnership, family or most importantly, the relationship that you have with yourself.
