Groups
Body Image & Positivity support group
This group provides a safe environment for young adult and older women to explore their relationship with their bodies in a safe and supportive environment. Members may explore their relationship to food and movement, societal and familial messages, and how these factors connect to body image, and self concept. Feel free to experience and explore difficult emotions in a supportive group, and practice stepping into tools and strengths for healing. Those with ED history must be recovery focused.

Claiming Your Throne: Women in Midlife
This group is for women in midlife interested in exploring their gifts and further stepping into their creative power, individually and collectively. Do you long for greater fulfillment and a deeper satisfaction in life? What does it mean to lead from our feminine strengths? How do we balance the demands of career and family with our personal development and growth needs? Do you sense that some of your gifts are lying dormant? What is possible when women come together, share their truth, and authentically connect? These questions and more will be explored through dialogue and experiential exercises in a safe, supportive group environment.
