If you are experiencing stress responses related to trauma, grief, relationship (interpersonal and intimate) breakdown, divorce, family conflict, or existential crisis, then my training and lived experience makes me your ideal therapist. In my practice I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space for self-care, emotional healing, and mental wellness to be actualized. With cultural humility as my underpinning, I will follow your lead and utilize your strengths to assist you in achieving your therapeutic objectives.
On your journey my role is to be an active listener and to collaborate with you by providing therapeutic interventions that align with your values and goals. In addition to individual therapy, I am trained to work with couples and survivors of intimate partner violence. While my practice focuses on adults, I do support children and teens in family therapy.
